1. What are cookies?

2. What we use on trustigo.com
We only use strictly necessary and functional storage:
- trustigo-lang (local storage): remembers whether you chose English or Dutch, so the site opens in your language next time. Kept until you clear your browser data.
- Technical cookies from our hosting and security provider: used to deliver pages quickly and protect the site against abuse. These do not track you across websites.
Because these are strictly necessary or functional, no consent banner is required under Dutch law (Telecommunicatiewet, article 11.7a).
3. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No third-party social media tracking pixels.
- No selling or sharing of browsing data.
If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
4. The Trustigo platform
When you sign in at app.trustigo.com, the platform uses necessary cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session. Without them, signing in is not possible.
5. Managing cookies
You can view and delete cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may cause parts of the website or platform to stop working correctly.
