To be eligible to use our Services, you must:

Have the authority to represent and bind the company you register with
Provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain it up to date
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access if these conditions are not met.
3. Your account
When you register, you create a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Trustigo is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to protect your account.
4. Use of the Services
You may use Trustigo only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
Violate the intellectual property rights or data protection rights of others
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our platform
Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our Services without prior written permission
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
5. Recommendations and content
You are solely responsible for the recommendations, comments, and other content submitted through your account. By posting content, you grant Trustigo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute this content as part of our Services.
We do not edit the wording of verified recommendations but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others.
6. Data protection and compliance
Trustigo is fully committed to protecting personal data in line with EU GDPR standards. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data and the data of your clients will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Commitment.
You remain the controller of the data you collect through Trustigo. We act as a processor and provide the tools to manage, secure, and lawfully use this data.
7. Fees and payment
Some features of Trustigo are offered under a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees listed on our pricing page.
Payments are billed in advance, on a recurring basis, unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Intellectual property
Trustigo, including its brand name, logo, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Trustigo. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms remain with Trustigo.
9. Service availability
We strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily affect the Services.
Trustigo is not liable for delays, outages, or loss of data beyond what is permitted under applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Trustigo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage.
Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Breach these Terms
Misuse the Services
Engage in activities that may harm Trustigo or other users
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your content may be deleted in line with our data retention policies.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website with a new effective date. If you continue using the Services after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country where Trustigo is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
